This website is operated by E. Germano, Lda (trading as Pinch), NIF PT500510105, R. Andrade Corvo 27D, 1050-008 Lisboa, Portugal.
What we collect
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they're on — reported in aggregate, not to identify any one visitor. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this; you can decline them on our cookie banner or block them in your browser at any time.
We also run Google Ads to promote the restaurant. With your consent, advertising cookies let us measure how our ads perform (for example, whether a click on an ad led to a visit to this site). We do not use them to personalise ads. You can accept or decline analytics and advertising separately on our cookie banner.
Links to our booking partner, ChoiceQR (for example the "Book Now" button), carry UTM parameters that tell us which page or button on our own site someone clicked before booking. That only identifies which part of our site sent the click — it isn't personal data and doesn't follow you anywhere else.
Beyond that, the only cookie-like storage we use is a single entry in your browser that remembers the choice you make on our cookie banner.
Some content is served by third parties and can involve your IP address:
- Google Analytics. Loaded from Google to measure site traffic, as described above.
- Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager). Loaded only if you accept advertising cookies, to measure the performance of our Google ads. Google may set its own cookies and receives your IP address.
- Google Maps. The map on our home page is embedded from Google and loads only after you accept cookies or click “Show the map”. Google may then set its own cookies and receives your IP address.
- Fonts & scripts. Our web fonts and interface scripts are served from our own server, so loading them does not involve any third party. Our images and content are delivered by Sanity’s CDN, which exposes your IP address to that provider.
- Hosting. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
We don't sell or share this information, and we don't use it to identify you personally.
Bookings & orders
Table reservations and food orders are handled by our booking partner, ChoiceQR, on their own platform. Any personal data you provide when booking a table or placing an order (such as your name, phone number or email) is collected and processed directly by ChoiceQR, under their own privacy policy — not by this website.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data held about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. For any questions about your data, contact us at pinchlisbon@gmail.com or +351 938 672 809.
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement run only with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of any page. Some of the providers mentioned above (Google, Netlify, Sanity) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
