What we collect
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they're on — reported in aggregate, not to identify any one visitor. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this; you can decline them on our cookie banner or block them in your browser at any time.
Links to our booking partner, ChoiceQR (for example the "Book Now" button), carry UTM parameters that tell us which page or button on our own site someone clicked before booking. That only identifies which part of our site sent the click — it isn't personal data and doesn't follow you anywhere else.
Beyond that, the only cookie-like storage we use is a single entry in your browser that remembers the choice you make on our cookie banner.
Some content is served by third parties and can involve your IP address:
- Google Analytics. Loaded from Google to measure site traffic, as described above.
- Google Maps. The map on our home page is embedded from Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
- Fonts & scripts. Our web fonts and a few interface scripts are delivered from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, and our images from Sanity's CDN. Serving these files exposes your IP address to those providers.
- Hosting. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
We don't sell or share this information, and we don't use it to identify you personally.
Bookings & orders
Table reservations and food orders are handled by our booking partner, ChoiceQR, on their own platform. Any personal data you provide when booking a table or placing an order (such as your name, phone number or email) is collected and processed directly by ChoiceQR, under their own privacy policy — not by this website.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data held about you. For any questions about your data, contact us at +351 938 672 809.
